COVID-19 Shortages & Delays

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic our supply chain has been affected and as a result we are experiencing delays in receiving products.  Increased demand has also meant that our dispatch times have been affected too.  Please allow a little extra time when placing your order during this difficult period.  Thank You.




Free Delivery on orders over £39.99 to UK Mainland (with exceptions)
Orders under £39.99 are subject to £4.99 delivery.

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days of receiving your order and often it will ship on the same day.  If we cannot ship within this period we will let you know. Working days are Monday to Friday only; we do not deliver or process orders on weekends or on bank holidays. For example place your order after 12pm on a Friday and your order will be processed by us on the following Monday. Delivery days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Some UK postcodes are more expensive to ship to.  We try to keep shipping costs down where possible.  If in doubt please contact us and we can check.  Postodes with shipping surcharge include:
HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40-49, IV51 - 56, KA27-28, KW1-3 & 5-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3,  BT1-99, IM1-9 & 99, TR21-25, PO30-41, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), Isle of Wight.


Most items are available direct from stock but occasionally we run out of some lines if demand is high or if supply is limited.  If there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you to discuss.  Some products are supplied direct from the manufacturer, in particular Earthbound and Prestige Wicker.  There will always be a longer delivery time with these products.  Please call us to check the availability and delivery schedule if you are unsure.


To return an unwanted item, please send it to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.  Please enclose a brief note giving the reason for the return along with your name and order number, wrap the package securely and send the item(s) using a trusted service.

You are responsible for the return postage costs.

We can only accept returns of unused items.  If you have ordered a pet bed or basket that has been used by your pet then we cannot accept a return.  This policy is strict for hygiene reasons.

Once returned the item(s) will be checked and if in perfect condition will be refunded.  We keep the returns process separate so if you need a new product (different size etc) please place a fresh order via our website.
